Requirements include:
 

 
-Minimum 2 years core hospital experience
 
-Current AHA CPR card
 
-TB skin test within the past year/Chest X-Ray within the past 2 years
 
-Full titers (MMR, Varicella)
 
-Physical exam within the past month
 
-AZ State certification
 
-Fingerprint card
