Established and reputable employment agency focusing on food/hospitality employers and personnel is seeking a qualified Account Manager to join our team.Job Summary
Position involves building and nurturing client relationships, taking personal responsibility for staffing needs, and then following through in an effort to exceed your client’s expectations. Responsibilities include sourcing job openings from existing/potential clients, recruiting/screening qualified candidates, conducting interviews, making employment decisions, management of new hire paperwork and hiring/screening requirements, scheduling, staff check-ins, and staff supervision.Skill & Trait Requirements
Requires outstanding customer service skills and excellent oral/written communication skills.
Must be able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced office environment.
Phone skills, typing skills, computer knowledge, language skills, and professional appearance, personality, and correspondence required.Ideal Candidate
