Positions available are:

EBO Account Representative
Wage: $12/hour + Commission

Overview: General management and resolution of accounts. Inbound/Outbound communication with patients about account information, and working to resolve any outstanding items related thereto in a professional and courteous manner.

Ideal candidates will possess the following skills:
-Customer Service
-Oral/Written Communication (Spanish Bilingual a +, however not a requirement)
-Knowledge of Healthcare Terminology/Processes/Insurance
-Computer Software Proficiency (MS Excel, Word)
-Critical thinking
