Administrative Assistant (Chandler)

  • YESCO LLC is looking for a administrative assistant to provide quality administrative support to our successful sales team.  
     
    The sales administrative assistant performs a variety of administrative functions including entering data, accepting incoming sales calls, and creating critical documents. The sales administrative assistant works closely with the sales team to enhance the customer’s experience and improve the bottom line.  
     
    The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: 
     
    •High School Diploma or GED equivalent 
    •1-3 years related experience providing administrative support 
    •Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel and the ability to learn new software programs 
    •Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to self prioritize 
    •Effective written and verbal communication skills  
    •Strong creative problem solver 
    •Positive, optimistic, and professional demeanor  
    •Excellent internal and external customer orientation
