  • Job opening for Administrative Assistant for Planning Consulting firm
     

     
    Responsibilities:
     

     
    Provide office support and assistance to the project team through:
     

     
     Advanced Microsoft Office support using Word 2007 (including the style and format features of Word on a routine basis), Outlook, Excel and Power Point.
     
     Producing and updating documents assigned within deadlines given.
     
     Assistance with proposals and client deliverable documents.
     
     Assistance in coordinating client relationship activities such as; special events, meeting and conference logistics and activities, special distributions of cards and gifts.
     
     Receptionist duties, administrative paperwork, and maintenance of calendar/schedules for the project team meetings and deliverables.
     
     Maintenance of office facilities, office machines and systems including all supplies, data entry, e-mails, filing/archiving, copying, scanning, faxing, mail and shipment processing and routing.
     
     Completion of routine forms and reports for team members.
     

     
    Qualifications and experience:
     

     
    • Must have advanced proficiency and a strong ability to apply all the features of Word (especially, the style and format features) Outlook, Excel and Power Point
     
    • Basic knowledge and abilities with Desktop Publishing, In Design and Photoshop a plus.
     
    • Must be adept at multi-tasking
     
    • Must have excellent written and verbal skills
     

     

     
    Note: Candidate must pass test to demonstrate proficiency in listed software programs.
