Administrative Assistant – (Old Town Scottsdale)

    We are a fun, upstart tech company that represents a well known Fortune 100 company in the greater Scottsdale area. We are looking for a part time executive /marketing assistant. This position is initially part time, but has the possibility of full time employment based on fit and availability. Individual should be reliable, demonstrate attention to detail and have some graphic design experience. Selected candidate will also learn how to use simple databases and proprietary software.  
     
    Job Duties Include: 
    • Maintain company social media pages (ie FB, Twitter, Google Places) 
    • Coordinate email campaigns  
    • Work with vendors & clients to secure materials and supplies for production 
    • Event coordination 
    • Light Clerical and Bookkeeping 
     
    Candidate Qualifications: 
    • Some Desktop Publishing and Graphic Design Experience (preferrred but not required) 
    • Strong Grammar Skills and Attention to Detail 
    • Must live near the Scottsdale Area and have a valid US Drivers license 
    • Professional, reliable and maintain a positive attitude 
    • Multitasking Ability; Comfortable in a Fast Pace Atmosphere
