Administrative Assistant
A locally owned garden supply company with several retail locations is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team that has excellent organizational and communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Generate Reports
• Communicate effectively
• Use work time effectively
• Assist in marketing and bookkeeping
• Accurately manage multiple databases
• Additional duties as assigned
An ideal candidate would possess the following skills and experience:
• An interest in gardening
• Experience in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
• Retail sales and marketing experience
Applicant needs to be a self-starter, highly organized, and exhibit a willingness to learn.
