Administrative Assistant/Front Desk – TEMPE (Tempe)

Established accounting and business advisory firm has an IMMEDIATE opening for a full time detail oriented, organized administrative assistant to answer phones and greet clients. Excellent professional customer service will be your #1 priority.
Required skills/experience:
- 3+ years experience in a professional office (CPA, accounting, legal, financial)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel
- Understand the importance of client confidentiality
- Able to multi-task and prioritize
- Able to work in and support a team environment
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- FIRST AND FOREMOST – greet clients and answer phones in a pleasant, professional and friendly manner
- Assist and support managers and staff
- Process (assemble) tax and business documents for delivery to clients
- Assist with scheduling and execution of marketing seminars
- Schedule Appointments
– Scan documents to client files with attention to accuracy
