Admin/Receptionist (51st AVE/Union Hills)

Growing real estate company looking for ambitious individual to share admin and reception duties.
Qualified Applicants Must Have:
• Ability to navigate the computer with agility.
• Active social networking skills. Facebook/Twitter activity a must.
• Strong skills using Microsoft Office or similar Apple products.
• Especially strong spreadsheet skills.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing using the highest business standards.
• Strong professional customer service skills (both in person and over the phone).
Duties Will Include:
• Sharing customer service admin duties involving multiple web-based applications.
• Back-up receptionist
This is an entry-level position starting at $10.00 per hour with a good opportunity for growth.
