TLC Supported Living Services of AZ., is a state wide agency that provides adult day programs, community living choices and residential support for individuals with Developmental & Physical Disabilities. We are seeking a Day Program Coordinator to oversee the daily management of the Adult Day & Vocational Program. This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, overseeing the daily activities of the program,
community outings, planning events and activities, transportation oversight for clients attending the program, supervise and train direct care staff including coaching, development and disciplinary actions. Ensure timely and accurate recordkeeping, record maintenance, report submission and program compliance per regulatory guidelines. Develop and maintain pro-active and positive relationships with clients, staff, parents/guardians and other business relationships. Other duties as assignedTo be considered for this position you
Must have at least 2 years experience in a managerial and leadership role.
(Experience with individuals with developmental & physical disabilities helpful but not required)
Must be professional, organized and possess excellent time management skills
Must be dependable and self-motivated
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have the ability to follow up & follow through on multiple duties, tasks & projects
Must be able to work as a team member
Must be a problem solver
Must be able to be on-call- Location: Show Low
