Application Engineer

We are a software development group that sells and services over 300 colleges and universities throughout the country. We have been in business since 1987 and provide a server based software solution that enables higher education institutions to charge for printing and copying on campus. We are small, profitable and very well known and respected in our market. You will be responsible for the onsite/remote installation and support for our USA clients.

We are seeking a current Arizona resident with the following technical skills:

1. 5+ years as a network administrator
2. Windows 2008 and Windows 7 installation and troubleshooting
3. Familiarity with Mac file structure
4. Linux installation and administration (note flavors you’ve worked with)
5. PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server installation and administration.
6. Windows Active Directory, GPO, Login scripts, and LDAP
7. SSL Certificate installation
8. Print server environment: creating print queues and adding to client workstations
9. Experience providing technical support in either a call center or independent environment
