Due to rapid company & industry growth, we are seeking 2 more New Account Specialist (Appointment Setters) in our North Scottsdale office (Raintree Drive & 101). This is an excellent entry level Sales opportunity with an expanding national company!
We are currently doing Business to Business Appointment Setting within normal business hours Monday – Friday (No nights or weekends). This is a GREAT opportunity for motivated individuals looking to advance, both financially and personally.
Your expected 1st year total compensation will range from $30,400 to $35,240 / year with 2nd & 3rd year compensations well in excess of $53,000++. There is no cap or limit to the commission / bonus structure we have in place!
In addition to our highly competitive pay scale, we also offer the following:
• Base Pay: $21,050 + Bonuses & Commissions ($30,400 – $35,240 Total Year 1 Compensation)
• Aggressive Bonus Plan (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Closing % & Top Performer)
• $40.00 Per Deal Commission (Average Appointment Setter Is Currently Responsible For 5-8+ Weekly)

• Analyze Merchant Data in Order To Decide Who Qualifies For Wholesale Merchant Rates
• Present Cost Saving Solutions to Merchants Nationwide
• Make At Least 150+ Cold Calls to Business Owners Daily
• Offer New Business’s Guidance On Setting Up a Merchant Account
• Politely & Thoroughly Answer All Merchant Account Related Questions
