Privately owned company in North Scottsdale is looking to hire a part-time web developer professional. You will work with a small team of internet professionals to maintain, develop and improve our family of websites. You will be responsible for the back-end C# coding and database implementation. In addition, you will be responsible for server administration on an as-needed basis. We have a remote, dedicated server that all of our sites currently operate on.

Candidates should also be familiar with Content Management Systems, and have a strong understanding of how your work will be implemented on the front-end for user interaction. Knowledge of other platforms, like LAMP, is a plus, but not necessary.

Key to this position is the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management, to ensure that what is desired and what is being developed are on the same page. You should be able to communicate with web professionals with similar internet knowledge and experience as you, internet professionals with less experience, and individuals that are not in the web/IT field who may need it to be ‘dumbed down’ for them to understand.

This is a part-time employment opportunity, not contract work. Candidates should be prepared to work in our North Scottsdale office for 20-30 hours a week. Salary and exact hours to be determined upon employment. This position is not open for telecommute, out-sourcing, or companies/groups… we are only interested in hiring a single employee.
