Assistant Property Manager

  • Our company has an opening for Assistant Property Manager.

    <br>
    Duties will include:
    <br>
    Assisting the Property Manager and General Manager in all administrative and accounting aspects necessary for the efficient operations and management of buildings.
    <br>
    Responding to telephone inquiries.
    <br>
    Interacting with the clients, customers.
    <br>
    Preparing Lease Agreements.
    <br>
    Collections.
    <br>
    Work order management.
    <br>
    May prepare time cards and payroll for our on-site employees.
    <br>
    Filing.
    <br>

    <br>
    Skills / Requirements:
    <br>
    Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.
    <br>
    Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
    <br>
    Computer skills (including MS Word, Excel, and electronic e-mail).
    <br>
    Attention to detail and the ability to problem solve.
    <br>
    Must be able to work not only weekdays – Monday thru Friday but Saturday and Sunday as necessary to get the job done.
    <br>
    Must be able to read, write and communicate English fluently.
    <br>
    Well presented with a good sense of humour.
    <br>
