    Our Spa measures more than 40,000 square feet. That number only begins to describe the drama of this legendary retreat. Indoor waterfalls, majestic stone architecture and a European-style pool area set the scene for an array of treatments that ranges from the familiar (massage and facials) to the exotic (aura-imaging).
     
    Position Overview: Responsible for various supervisory functions related to the Spa, to include the over-all function of four supervisory personnel. Responsible for scheduling, attending applicable resort meetings and all spa meetings, conflict resolution, quality control, time management and any other issue that may arise that involves other areas of responsibilities. Must be well-organized with ability to multi-task and appropriately communicate progress. Must be able to oversee and manage several projects simultaneously.
     

     
    Supervisory Responsibilities: Responsible for four Spa Shift Supervisors and proper coverage of all shifts to ensure smooth operation within the Spa. Specific responsibilities includes assigning/delegating work; instructing; training; handling complaints; setting objectives; appraising employee performance; assisting with hiring and firing. Further responsibilities to include handling confidential information; independent decision making; implementing and/or administering policies, procedures, programs and projects.
