Part-time Assistant Storage Facility Manager

In this management role, you will make daily bank deposits, handle all sales phone calls, perform daily security checks and place and/or remove over locks as per delinquent procedures and complete rental contracts with customers. Cleaning and maintenance required. Own reliable transportation is a must.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure the facility is clean and well maintained at all times
• Maintain accurate accounting of all revenues collected from rents, lock cutting, vending machines and any other items for sale and deposit in a timely manner
• Perform marketing duties as required by the company and mail all related forms to the corporate office each month
• Handle all aspects of operating Self Storage in a professional and business-like manner
Qualifications:
• High School diploma
