JOB DESCRIPTION:
• This position will provide advice and counsel to management and various corporate client groups on a wide range of general corporate and commercial law issues.
• Provide legal advice, research and writing and engaging in the drafting and negotiation of agreements related to commercial transactions, licensing, leasing, vendor service project development.
• Will handle some litigation matters with supervision and guidance, as necessary and provide research, analysis, and support to other in-house attorneys on litigation and transactional projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of three (3) years of commercial transaction and/or litigation experience who is licensed to practice in Arizona or willing to take the Arizona Bar Exam within one (1) year of hire.
• Experience with formulating commercial litigation strategy, drafting interrogatories and document production requests, conducting depositions, preparing complex briefs and motions.
• Negotiating settlements and resolutions a plus.
• Ability to organize and present thoughts coherently and confidently in front of groups of all sizes and education levels.
• Strong academic record and excellent writing, speaking, research, and analytical skills.
