COMPANY
We are a premier audio, video and home automation sales company. Our company is a smaller and more entrepreneurial group with a store front in North Scottsdale. Our sales people and installers all have between 5-15 years of experience in the business.

ROLE
We are seeking an installation technician with prior experience in the field.

QUALIFICATIONS
• 2-7 years of experience in installing, configuring and setting up all systems within the subsections of audio, video, low voltage lighting and home automation within a residential setting
• Experience and training within Control 4 and/or Creston home automation systems is highly preferable
• Knowledge of troubleshooting technical issues and instantly pinpointing the problems
• High school diploma required
• Physical ability to handle and carry large electronic equipment pieces
• Computer science degree or technical training highly preferable

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Travel valley-wide for custom new home installations, as well as retro-fits, and troubleshooting issues
• Responsible for the seamless technical performance and attractive cosmetic appearance of each of your assigned jobs
• Maintain knowledge of new equipment and evaluation procedures, and continue education on the many product lines we carry
• For the right candidate, we would consider having a person also be trained to work in our retail store from time to time in sales and system design, which would offer a generous commission
