We are looking for an experienced bankruptcy attorney to assist in opening and operating a consumer bankruptcy practice in the Phoenix area. We currently operate a successful bankruptcy practice in another state and are in the process of opening an office in Phoenix. You must be an independent worker, looking for growth and have actual experience meeting with consumer bankruptcy clients, completing petitions, attending 341 meetings, etc., including Chapter 7 & 13 cases.
