Firm seeks an experienced Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Attorney.

You must have a working knowledge of a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy from beginning to end, including the Chapter 13 plan, Trustee Recommendations, SOC’s, lien stripping, and the confirmation process.

Also, must be able to work with others in a team environment and have a strong rapport with potential and existing clients.
