I am looking for a positive, upbeat, DEPENDABLE fast learner with previous experience for 2 positions at a busy, high volume, team oriented family owned restaurant.

1) a barista/hostess/busser on our busy nights (thursday,friday, saturday & sunday nights)

2) a multifaceted kitchen line cook that can plate and design desserts, use a flat top for grilled sandwiches and do general kitchen tasks that include dishes.

Both of these positions must be available to work nights as late as 2 am, have reliable transportation, be able to handle a high volume rush for several hours and maintain their composure under stress.
