The Kenny Klaus Team with Keller Williams Integrity First Realty is one of the most successful Real Estate Teams in the country, closing almost 600 transactions in 2011. We are preparing to interview self-motivated, tech-savvy team players who are eager to learn, train, practice, and work extremely hard. We are looking for experienced and licensed real estate agents who can admit that they don’t know everything there is to know about being successful in real estate and who is willing to try new things and adopt our system. Training is provided.

Our systems generate about 300 leads per month, and we need help serving them! We provide tons of great leads, accountability, a phenomenal customer relationship management program, and transaction coordination, as well as scripts, lead generation tools, and a great system for lead conversion.

• Prepared to receive leads immediately without lead generation or marketing expenses
• Training and on-going mentoring provided
• Free use of MarketLeader’s Realty Generator CRM/IDX program
• Lender in office
• Multiple full-time transaction coordinators in office
• Our buyer’s agents typically work 40-60 hours per week
• Our buyer’s agents typically work at least 1-2 weekends per month

Compensation:
• 100% commission based (independent contractor status – 1099)
