Bi-Lingual Customer Service Associate (101/University in Tempe)

  • SUMMARY: This position supports the overall function of the Customer Service Department by performing job specific tasks to ensure the timely delivery/pick-up of equipment in addition to keeping the computer system accurate and up to date.

    We Are Currently Hiring For A Full-Time Customer Service Associate
    HOURS AND DAYS WORKED WILL VARY – MUST BE VERY FLEXIBLE – AVAILABLE FOR WEEKENDS, EVENINGS AND HOLIDAYS

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned) ;
    • Implements Company Mission Statement.
    • Communicates with customers/clients by phone, in person or via the computer
    • Accurately schedules orders and makes needed updates to the computer system
    • Assesses the needs of regular oxygen patients and schedules accordingly.
    • Understands the correct set-up and usage of medical equipment and have the ability to communicate such usage over the phone.
    • Answers incoming calls, routes accordingly.
    • Creates efficient drivers’ routes on a daily basis.
    • Reroutes drivers as needed to ensure timely deliveries.
    • Communicate effectively with site managers and delivery/warehouse personnel.
    • Maintains a professional working relationship with all customer service members as well as driver/warehouse personnel and works together with other employees to promote teamwork.
    • Talks with dissatisfied customers and follows process of communication to managers for timely response and correction.

    REQUIRED SKILLS…
    *Bi-Lingual A MUST (English/Spanish+++)
    *Computer Knowledge (general use)
    *Excellent Typing Skills (Type and Speak on phone simultaneously)
    *Great Phone Etiquette (These positions are filled with heavy phone usage)
    *Previous Customer Service Experience
    *High School Diploma or Equivilent
    *Positive Attitude

    PREFERRED SKILLS…
    *Any experience with Durable medical equipment, hospice/home care, or in the medical field.
    *Detailed-Oriented
    *Pro-Active/Go-Getter Attitude
    *Works well under pressure situations
