Part time leading to full time bookkeeper wanted for a Tucson based CPA firm.

A Minimum of two year of public accounting experience.

Flexible hours, pay depends upon experience.

The applicant should have experience in the following areas:
• A working knowledge of Thomson Rueters software and Quickbooks: Bank reconciliation, data entry and general ledger reconciliation
• Prepare journal entries to general ledger to complete financial statements
• Payroll experience a must from beginning to end, prepare quarterly reports including worker’s compensation and W2s
• Prepare sales tax reports
