BUILDING MAINTENANCE
 

 
The following provides a detailed description for the position of Building Maintenance. Actual duties performed may vary slightly.
 

 
General Position Description:
 
Building Maintenance personnel are responsible for maintaining all aspects of the gym, including, but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and machine maintenance.
 

 
Duties:
 
• Ensure maintenance log is kept up to date
 
• Daily visual inspections perform throughout club in order to maintain Gold’s Gym appearance
 
• Perform daily pool and Jacuzzi maintenance and cleaning
 

 
Qualifications and Requirements:
 
• Good communication skills
 
• General mechanical knowledge
 
• Troubleshooting skills
 
• Flexible schedule
 
• Reliable transportation
 
• Ability to present yourself and the gym in a professional manner
 
• Willingness to learn new things
 
• Pool certification a plus
