The Gateway Student Success Center at Northern Arizona University is currently accepting applications for a Business Analyst or a Business Analyst Trainee. The successful candidate will provide business procedure analysis, reporting, and technical support for the 2NAU Programs, University Academic Advising and the Gateway Student Success Center; work with the processing offices and Enterprise Business Analyst Team to recommend, design, and implement business solutions; have functional knowledge and experience as well as an in-depth understanding of the student processes and data flows of the Oracle/PeopleSoft system.
Minimum Qualifications for Business Analyst:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years of demonstrated experience in college/university business process work, which includes three years of experience in procedural, technical, management or systems analysis work related to Oracle/PeopleSoft HRMS and/or Student Administration systems; or Bachelor’s degree in a related field and four years of experience in procedural, technical, management or systems analysis work related to Oracle/PeopleSoft HR/Payroll and/or Student Administration systems; or seven years of demonstrated experience supporting college/university business process; or any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education.
Minimum Qualifications for Business Analyst Trainee:
Must meet the qualifications of a Business Analyst within the first year of being employed as a Trainee.
Salary for Business Analyst:
$53,000 – $56,000, depending on experience.
Salary for Business Analyst, Trainee:
$44,700 – $47,700, depending on experience.
