Business Marketing Representative

    We are seeking a recent college grad or entrepreneur with a tenacious demeanor that will be successful and grow with our organization.
    The key components of the Business Development Representative position will be to conduct research, generate leads and support our sales effort.
    This position is Tucson AZ based and will require the following business development related tasks to be performed:
    - Identifying and creating a target list of prospects from growing business segments such as the INC 500
    - Ongoing telephone and email communications to Vangtel’s target list of prospects
    - Conduct webinars to prospects promoting the features and benefits of Vangtel’s business model
    - Work with CRM to update progress of all lead generation and sales activities
    - Support event marketing as needed by attending trade shows or sales related meetings
    - Some travel to Hermosillo, Sonora will be required.

    Skills/ Requirements

    This full-time position is entry level. Those candidates that have an understanding of the outsourcing industry OR 1- 2 years of outsourcing work experience, (call center, IT Development or BPO) would be ideal. Candidates absolutely must have a dynamic phone presence, great listening skills and strong writing and grammar. Since occasional travel to Mexico is required bi-lingual language skills are helpful. You will need a US passport.
