International Counterintelligence Services, Inc. is looking for a motivated, results-driven, and versatile Case Analyst Private Investigator with Sales Background for full time, in-house position. Sales background a must. We are showing preference to military and LEO veterans and previous private investigations experience that have a background in sales.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Taking incoming inquiries for investigations services for all client types
Developing a working project and action plan for each individual case
Collecting/obtaining funding required to begin investigations for each case

This position requires:

Full time, in-office commitment, including on-call during nights and weekends
Intense client contact via phone, e-mail and other correspondence
Ability/willingness to telecommute when necessary
Client and case advocacy
Innate ability to up-sell to give clients complete package of investigative options

Requirements of the applicant:

Characteristics:
- Must understand technology and protocol of professional investigations
- Dependable, organized representative, deadline-oriented, able to manage under time pressure.
- Must be able to direct as well as take constructive criticism
- Flexible and highly adaptable, assertive, able to overcome objections well

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable education preferred
- 2 years of experience in one of the following fields: Military, law enforcement or investigative lead in the public or private sectors.
- 2 years of experience in one of the following fields: Sales.
- Admin/technical ability, high aptitude with computers, strong client relations background
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Outlook; working knowledge of CRM applications
- Analytical ability

- 1 day working interview
- The candidate is subject to background checks by ICS and AZ DPS.
