Arizona Company is looking for a CFO. Successful candidate will be a seasoned and mature leader with at least 8-12 years of broad finance experience, ideally beginning in accounting, followed by gathering and evaluating financial information. Candidate will have experience in negotiating pricing contracts with manufactures and commission agreements with sales professionals.
Successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional leadership to accounting department, service department and IT department. Candidate will work with sales department to identify equipment requirements and negotiate with vendors to insure best possible price. CFO will be responsible for service agreements with sales professionals in each office and to verify commissions are paid out per contract.
The CFO will have primary day-to-day hands on responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. Must be familiar with Arizona business laws and comfortable working with computers.
