A very well reputed Engineering firm is looking to establish a new office in either Tucson or Phoenix, Arizona. In order to achieve this objective we are currently seeking Structural, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers and Designers with experience levels ranging from intermediate to senior. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for preliminary and detailed design of heavy industrial works. Duties include estimating project costs; reviewing designs, drawings and specifications; performing assessments/inspections; and preparing reports, proposals and contract documentation. You will be responsible for supporting and/or supervising the activity of other engineers and project team members. You will also continually foster and grow strong relationships with our clients.

Using your considerable organizational, communication and people skills, you will lead and/or work with cross discipline teams to ensure projects are completed within allotted schedules and budgets, and to high quality standards. Mentorship of new and junior employees is also a key part of our organization.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
 Engineers must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline;
 Engineers must be registered (or eligible to register) as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in an American state;
 Designers must have a Diploma in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technology or related discipline;
 All candidates must have 5+ years of relevant experience in a heavy industrial environment working in the mining sector and/or consulting to a mining operation;
 All candidates must have excellent communication skills (interpersonal and written) and proven ability to collaborate with team members in a multi-disciplined environment;
 All candidates must have technical competence and strong attention to detail.
