Client Service Representative

    We currently have openings for a Client Service Representative. All Client Service Representatives report directly to the Zanes Law Intake/Front Office Manager.

    Client Service Representative

    ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Confirm and conduct all client appointment check-ins;
    · Welcome all clients;
    · Provide back-up telephone support;
    · Ensure dress and personal appearance are clean and professional;
    · Anticipate and address clients’ service needs;
    · Assist individuals with disabilities;
    · Thank client’s with genuine appreciation;
    · Speak with others using clear and professional language;
    · Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette;
    · Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others;
    · Support team to reach common goals;
    · Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.

    QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

    · High School Diploma
    · 6 months of experience working as a front desk person for a resort, spa, hotel or other comparable business;
    · Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Windows environment. Needs to know how to use word, calendaring software, and needs to know how to scan documents;
    · Demonstrated organizational and multitasking skills;
    · Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment;
    · Communication skills (written and verbal);
    · Stress tolerance;
    · Listening Skills;
    · Customer Service Orientation;
    · Spanish Speaking a Plus.

    Zanes Law is a multiple office personal injury law firm that represents people who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents. We are looking for individuals with a unique combination of professionalism, energy, experience and a desire to contribute to a growing company. We are a private practice with 10-49 employees.

    Total Compensation Package Includes:

    Salary $8.50 per hour
    80 % Company paid health insurance, including medical, vision and dental
    Paid Holidays, Vacation and Sick Time
    401K and Profit Sharing
    Company sponsored community involvement
