    POSITION PURPOSE
    <br>
    The CCBill Support Specialist is responsible for fielding all modes of communications with CCBill clients. CCBill Support Specialists are directly responsible for maintaining communications between CCBill clients and the Client Support department with regard to questions, answers, problems, concerns and general CCBill technologies. On occasion the CCBill Support Specialist will be called upon to answer general technology questions for new potential CCBill clients. The ideal candidate for CCBill Support Specialist is proficient with CCBill technologies, products and services and has a demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and general internet technologies.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    <br>
    • Responsible for fielding CCBill client communications.
    <br>
    • Provides an experienced resource to CCBill clients with regard to CCBill products, systems, and technologies.
    <br>

    <br>
    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
    <br>

    <br>
    • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
    <br>
    • Ability to type for long periods of time.
    <br>
    • Ability to use the phone for long periods of time.
    <br>

    <br>
    ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS:
    <br>

    <br>
    • This position is full time. Employee is expected to work 40 hours weekly.
    <br>
    • Schedule will be determined by the supervisor. Employee is expected to follow the schedule.
    <br>
    • Employee is to report to his or her supervisor if unable to attend work.
    <br>

    <br>
    QUALIFICATIONS
    <br>
    • High school degree or equivalent education.
    <br>
    • General knowledge of HTML, Perl, JavaScript, FTP and general internet technologies.
    <br>
    • Intermediate proficiencies with Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet Explorer.
    <br>
    • High understanding of CCBill and DRMN systems and products.
    <br>
    • High degree of professionalism.
    <br>
    • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills.
    <br>
    • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of employees/management.
    <br>
    • Ability to stay focused to ensure that projects are completed accurately and on time.
    <br>
    • Demonstrated excellent organizational skills.
