We are a small but growing rapidly Clothing Company that is looking for just the right person!! This person must be a go getter!! A fantastic multi tasker and someone that can adapt and grow with our company in many ways. We are looking for someone with Web design skills, that can run our website, handle all the online orders and shipping etc., running errands, personal assistant, Repping our clothing line when needed by going store to store talking about the brand, some trade shows and possibly some minor travelling when shows do come up, be able to answer phones or take orders or deal with some customer service or talking to vendors and some of our different partners over the phone and in person, sometimes going to different local events and run or help run the booth and sell clothing and merchandise, very important that they know how and can handle designing for the website, blog, FB, other sites, some Graphic Tee shirt design, and any other design we need done and to be quick and to be able to do quality design work on the fly. This is a very special company that is taking off quickly and we need a person that can not only dream big but actually DO big!! This is not just a dream it is a reality and we are Doing it! We need someone that can have faith in the product and company and that is the type of person that will not take no for an answer and will keep pushing until it is done right!! This job is not for the faint of heart… This job is not limited to what is written in this ad. This is not just a set job sitting at a computer designing although much of the time you will be doing design work you may be asked to do other tasks. even some small tasks such as peeling stickers, taking out the trash or cleaning the bathroom. We are looking for someone that is humble and doesn’t mind working and helping our growing company in any way needed!!!

Qualifications  
• Must have strong attention to details to look for errors  
• Ability to identify trends and create process documentation for common errors and issues  
• Must have strong understanding of computers, design and all the different software associated with web design and Graphic Design for tees, 
• No Degree required 
• Ability to multitask and work on dozens and dozens of open tasks in a single day under tight deadlines  
• Knowledge of online advertising is a big plus 
• Some Knowledge of graphic design is a must 
 
We need a TALENTED, Website Manager, Designer, that can do it all!! that can deliver!

o CSS 3 and 5 
o SEO techniques and website optimization +++

Ability to effective manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure 
Ability to work independently on strategic issues, capable of managing fairly complex projects 
Excellent organization and communication skills 
Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines is essential for a fast-paced environment
