BACKGROUND A high paced Tucson FAA and DoD facility is looking for the right person. This individual will provide assistance in machining of components of various metals while working along with many engineers within the company. This indivisual must be able to read from prints along with manufacturing parts without prints working with other people to make something that another employee may need. Position may also include quoting of contracts and working with our contract engineer.
 

 
REQUIREMENTS Must have extensive knowledge of all processes of machining (lathes and Mills) including setup with 4th axis, tool fabrication, inspection of intricate parts, and some programming. An individual with prototyping experience and an ability to improvise for the manufacturing of complex parts in small quanities.
 

 
EXPERIENCE Two years minimum experience with cnc and conventional lathes and mills. Expereince with HAAS mills is a must. 2 years experience of programming skills. Measurement and inspection experience. Ability to fabricate tooling and fixtures. Good writing skills and must have own tools.
