We are seeking a commercial facilities maintenance mechanic. The qualified candidate will be highly motivated, independent and a self-starter. Preferred candidate will possess a knowledge of commercial facilities including, but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. HVAC certification and experience in mechanical computer programs preferred. Must possess valid drivers’ license and be able to pass intensive security background clearance and pre-employment drug screening.

Starting wage $17-$19 per hour (depending on experience) plus $3.35 per hour health and welfare wage benefit, ten paid holidays and two weeks paid vacation after one year employment.
