Interior Design Firm seeking mid-level Interior Designer with minimum 3 to 5 years experience with a commercial design or architectural firm. Experience to include: 
• All phases of design from conceptual through installation.  
o Develop design theme for project 
o Space Planning 
o Finish selection; familiar with variety of finish materials and resources 
o Furniture selection; familiar with variety of furniture lines 
o Furniture specification forms 
o Window Treatments, Artwork and Accessories 
o General knowledge of ADA codes 
o CAD drawings including finish specifications, elevations, furniture plans, RCPs 
o Interior architectural details 
o Developing presentation materials, color boards 
o Construction Coordination 
• Highly Organized, detail oriented 
• Organizes and maintains job books 
• Interacts effectively with internal and external team members 
• Manages time well and has sense of urgency to make deadlines  
• Professional appearance, good communication skills
