* Perform Valley-wide mobile “on-site” (residential and commercial) Computer and Networking services including: MS Windows, Hardware and Software Diagnostics, Repairs, Installations, Configurations, and Upgrades; Server, Hardwire and Wireless Networking; Delivery and Setup; Virus, Parasite and SpyWare Removal; Tutoring: etc.,

* REQUIRED Experience: At least SIX (6) MONTHS of current and/or recent (2010/2009/2008) VERIFIABLE Computer and/or Networking diagnostics and repair HANDS-ON PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE.

* PREFERRED Education: CompTIA A+ Certification -AND/OR- CompTIA Net+ Networking Certification or Equivalent.

* Required: Must PASS thorough background check and drug tests.

* Required: Must have dependable vehicle to service customers.

* Required: Must have cell phone with local (480 602 623) phone number.

* Required: Must currently be LOCAL RESIDENT with official address confirmation in your name.

* Required: Must be able to perform excellent quality On-Site/Mobile Computer/Networking Services IMMEDIATELY with NO additional Training.

* NOTICE: To be considered, in addition to having the required education and experience, candidates MUST also have the following credentials:

- MUST have EXCELLENT Troubleshooting and Diagnostic skills.

- Strong trouble-shooting & technical skills with ALL versions of Microsoft Windows OS, application support, e-email client set-up & networking.

- Must be well versed & experienced in resolving ALL common computer problems including slow performance, errors, etc.,

- Must be well versed & experienced in resolving hardware and software installation, configuration and peripheral problems.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills. Genuinely care about your customer.

- Take ownership for problems and follow through on resolution.

- Highly motivated and able to work independently.

- Team player, follow instructions and want to work.
