RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the general supervision of the IT Consulting Manager, the CST is responsible for the documentation and assessment of client infrastructure, completion of design and implementation of projects, Tier 3 support. Additional duties performed as required

DUTIES:

• Implements Server, SQL, Exchange, desktop, backup, security and application based projects
• Contributes to netCHECK including documentation and assessment of hardware and software components
• Contributes to Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings
• Contributes to Annual IT Strategy documentation
• Provides Tier3 level support for in-house staff
• Interfaces with partner manufacturers

JOB KNOWLEDGE and MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Thorough knowledge and experience with Microsoft solutions including 2000, 2003, 2008 Server and 2003/2007/2010 Exchange, SQL
• Microsoft desktop operating systems including 95/98/Me/2000/XP/Vista/7
• Understanding of switching, routing and wireless technologies including virtual private networks (VPN) and Voice Over IP (VoIP)
• Experience with the configuration and installation of Anti-X protection
• Current Microsoft Certification: MCTS — Server/Exchange/SQL/Sharepoint, VM VCP
o AND High School Diploma (or equivalent)
o AND related AA or Trade School Diploma
o AND seven (7) years job related experience in computers and networking
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• Ability to read and write English
