Contract Technical Recruiter (Phoenix)

We have an immediate opening for an experience Technical Recruiter. This position will be an open ended contract opportunity with a local Software Development company. The opportunity could last 2-3 months or possibly lead to a direct hire position.
Responsibilities will include:
Working closely with management in coordinating interviews
Posting positions
Sourcing candidates
Proactively recruiting top talent
Conducting Initial Interviews
Reference Checking
Assisting with New Hire onboarding
We are seeking an outgoing person who loves to multi-task. This is a smaller company with a start up feel. The ideal candidate must be able to work in an unstructured, changing environment. Must be self-directed and have a sense of urgency.
**At least 2+ years of prior technical recruiting experience is required. Must have had previous success recruiting high level developers, DBA’s, Business Consultants, etc.
There may be an option for either part time or partial telecommuting.
