Customer Service Representative Needed

Busy print shop is in need of a professional, friendly and flexible full-time Customer Service Representative!

The ideal candidate must be organized, neat, punctual, a self-starter and creative!
Other qualifications include:
–Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects quickly and efficiently.
–Handle interruptions well, and not become sidetracked.
–Must be a self-starter, able to take initiative to find things to do, and ways to organize and make office operations run more smoothly and effectively.
–Must manage time well, and be able to adapt to constantly changing situations, projects and deadlines.
–Professional, well-groomed appearance, and excellent phone etiquette.
–The ability to interact professionally with multiple customers via phone, email, and on a walk-in basis.
–Be able to adhere to strict deadlines.
–Be creative, and innovative–help customers with their design needs. Be able to visualize, and determine what customers want when creating projects.
–Remain calm under pressure and deadlines.
–Have the follow through and be a constant point of contact for potential new customers, and current customers.
–MUST be clear, concise and have follow through and think “ahead of the game”.
–Create an outstanding customer service experience for everybody you come in contact with.
–Work and coordinate with others in order to maintain extremely high standards of work and customer experience.
–MUST BE CLEAN, NEAT, and EXTREMELY ORGANIZED!

Experience with computers, high output printers and design tools such as InDesign is a plus, but not required.
Spanish speaking also a plus, but not required.

Salary is determinate on experience and qualifications.
