Customer Service Rep (Southeast Phoenix)

Our trim carpentry company is seeking to fill a full time position for a Customer Service Representative.
Candidate must have the following Requirements:
- Experience in customer service
- Exceptional multitasking skills
- Knowledge in the trim carpentry field
- Excellent phone etiquette and people skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs
- Must be available Mon — Fri, 7am -4pm
Duties include but not limited to:
- Schedule service calls and distribute to technicians
- Follow up on non-completed work orders
- Process billable work orders
- Filing, data entry, general office duties as needed
- Provide quotes for service and products to builders for non-warranty work
