Customer Service Representatives -FT – $12.00/Hr.
Northwest Phoenix ValleyWe have a client located in the Northwest Phoenix valley with openings in the Call Center. This is a stable company offering excellent growth potential.
Customer Service Representatives will take in-bound calls from customers with questions in regards to stores, products, services, online accounts and other topics. This is a fast-paced, call center environment.
This position is temporary with strong potential of getting hired by our client depending on their long-term business needs along with your performance and reliability.
Requirements
- High School Diploma OR GED
- 1+ year(s) Customer Service in a call center environment required
- Proficient with the computer (tests will be administered)
- Possess strong research skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
-Ability to multi-task
- Ability to establish rapport with customers over the phone
- Can-do willing attitude
- Must be able to work any 8 hour shift between 5am and 12am (no exception)since this is a 24/7 call center.
-Will be required to work some holidays (no exception)***MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREEN***
