Customer Support (Tucson, AZ)

  • Customer Support agents needed to start 1/23, Contract will be going through 4/23.

    Principle Responsibilities
    The Customer Support agent will be responsible for delivering white glove service and consultative sales to a customer group.
    Applicants must possess excellent customer service skills, and the ability (and willingness) to sell products or services with integrity in a consultative sales environment. Below is a list of principal responsibilities:
    • Answer incoming calls from customers regarding questions around the software products, including the use of direct deposit services, providing a white glove customer service experience
    • Sell and cross sell the appropriate services with integrity, based on program guidelines and consultative selling techniques.
    • Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information.
    • Accurately document and update records in required systems; track daily calls.
    • Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain diplomacy when addressing escalated matters.
    • Maintain knowledge of functional area and company policies and procedures.
    • Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
    • Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
    Qualifications
    Minimum qualification is a high school diploma or GED, and two years of customer sales/service experience, demonstrated expertise in sales and customer service principles, as well as having the following knowledge:
    • College degree required preferred
    • Two years work experience in a customer service and/or sales program
    • Background screening with no identified issues
    • Working knowledge (at least Novice-level) of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
    • Ability to work in multi-tasked environment.
    • Ability to prioritize and organize work.
    • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
    Potential agents must pass the appropriate screening test, and provide verification of qualifications.

    • Location: Tucson, AZ
    • Compensation: $10/hour
