Seeking a dental hygienist for some consulting to me for a practice we are currently operating. The consult can and should lead to permanent work if we work well together. The permanent position will be more advisory as well as dental hygiene duties. Experience with Nitrous and or licensed for admin of anesthesia is a plus, but not necessary. What is critical is your knowledge of latest equipment required for teeth cleaning and polish, practice and procedures for simple cleanings and a level above simple cleanings when necessary, costs associated with dental hygiene procedures, patient interests and needs, desires and common complaints. While consulting you will attend a first meeting similar to an interview whereby we will discuss your experience and knowledge. We will also determine if we can work well together. The consulting will take approximately three meetings and compensation will be discussed during first meeting along with full scope and possibility. Possibility is referred to as going forward and beyond the three meetings. Not absolutely required however, although first meeting will take place at a local Starbucks and or if convenient and comfortable my home office the following meetings if and when in person will be at my home office. My children are also at my home with me most of the day therefore, it will be helpful you send a photo along with your CV/resume. This helps me determine in some way your level of care for yourself which typically extends to your care for others and interest for the best of others. Should you feel uncomfortable sending a pic I understand however, I will be meeting with people that do and certainly if your CV is impressive along with cover I would see you too. Again, the pic is helpful. I am happy to send one in return. We can also talk in advance too if that helps. Meanwhile, I am seeking various bits of information for our industry and interested in moving forward with my practices.
