We are looking for a well-rounded, versatile, Digital Content Producer that is competent in a variety of areas. The Digital Content Producer will work closely with the Director of Marketing as well as the Executive Committee to execute and develop video and photo content for our web site. The final product must be polished and professional that reflects brand standards. The Digital Content Producer will also be expected to come up with creative ideas that reflect current or growing online trends to drive traffic as well as grow an audience by offering unique, brand-appropriate content.

Responsibilities:

• Must excel in shooting and editing HD video.
• Must have audio/video editing experience.
• Experience with shooting and editing editorial and merchandise photography required.
• Must posses the ability to produce unique visual and audio affects.
• Ability to upload final product to a variety of online resources in a variety of formats required.
• Working knowledge of HTML & CSS a plus.
• Experience working with social media; preferably in a professional capacity but at the very least in personal life.
• Ability to write, shoot, produce and edit television commercials, online advertisements as well as promotional announcements.

Qualifications:

• Must excel in editing programs such as Final Cut Pro Editing Suite, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects and the like.
• Ability to create an innovative and modern design aesthetic within video/photo shoots a must.
• Possessing a keen eye for design a must.
• Must be able to prove superb attention to detail to ensure the best product possible is produced the first time, every time.
• Must possess the ability to provide direction when working with models.
• Must be able to work quickly and shift gears on a dime to capitalize on traffic opportunities.
• Must be flexible and take constructive criticism when given.
• Good people skills and the desire to work in a team-oriented environment required.
• Must be a self-starter who excels at working independently when necessary.
• Must be highly organized and make deadlines when promised.
• Healthy addiction to the internet a must.
• Must be prepared to show a portfolio of past work.

Experience/Education:

• A minimum of three years in a digital content creation, cinematography, video production, lighting, sound or related area required.
• College degree in Film/Cinematography/Graphic Design/Photography or related area is a plus but not required.
