We have need for Direct Care Providers in Tucson. Staff will be required to provide care to individuals with developmental disabilities. We are looking for people with a TRUE desire to help others!!!
 

 
Part-time and on-call shifts available.

Saturday 9am-12pm & Sunday 8:30am-11:30am Cortaro & Silverbell
 

 
Monday-Friday 7am-8:30am Kolb & Irvington
 

 
All shifts will eventually lead to full time if desired!!!!
 

 
Primary responsibility will be to provide direct care to the individual, assisting them with hygiene and life skills activities . Care will be provided in the client’s home. This may involve assistance with monitoring their behavior, participating in activities, accompanying individuals on activities, attending to basic needs, etc. There are 4 kinds of services, Attendant care, Respite, Housekeeping, and Habilitation, all depending on individuals disability. No experience is required, but experience working with developmentally disabled adults or children is preferred. Volunteer or personal experience does apply.
 
Base pay is $8.50 per hour during probationary period.
 

 
Requirements:
 

 
3 to 6 months paid, volunteer, OR personal experience working with disabled or special needs children or adults preferred.
 

 
Currently hold or be able to obtain a clean fingerprint clearance card.
 

 
CPR/First Aid required or must be able to obtain.
 

 
Currently hold or able to obtain Article 9 Certification
 

 
Reliable Transportation (THIS IS A MUST!!).
 

 
Desire to work with children and adults with developmental disabilities.
