RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage recruitment process
Supervise employee relations, including training and development
Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations
Handle payroll processing and benefits administration
Remain current with trends of the industry.
Occasional Travel

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 5 years experience in professional level HR role with managerial responsibility
Professional Certification in Human Resources (PHR/ SPHR)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Confidence and professionalism on the phone and in person
Leader who can listen and take direction where necessary
Ability to think and learn quickly
Attention to detail and analytical ability
Excellent knowledge of Internet and Office Programs
Sociable personality
Flexible and easy going attitude
Able to multitask
Thorough and exceptionally organized
Strong research and writing skills
Dedication to work in conjunction with fun, dynamic, creative and pleasant personality a *must*.
