The success of the Director of IT hinges on consistent focus on the following:

• Support the needs of the entire organization by assembling the right hardware and software technology
• Architect hardware and software technology for high availability and excellent user experience
• Ensure our IT systems allow for growth, implementation and integration with diverse technologies

This role will collaborate with all functions within PCA SKIN and establish a deep understanding of the business and the technology needed to properly support it. This individual is comfortable being technology agnostic and thus able to assemble and integrate diverse technologies for the best solutions, given business needs and trade-offs. Success comes through strong project management skills, an ability to work exceptionally well with contractors and a keen understanding of which projects are best handled internally or outsourced. They also thrive in managing multiple projects at a time.
