State wide agency providing community living choices and residential support for individuals with Developmental Disabilities is seeking a Director of Residential Operations. This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, effectively managing the daily operations of multiple residential group homes to ensure the health and safety for the clients. Supervise & train direct care staff including coaching, development and disciplinary actions. Work with clients & staff on Programs, Individual Service Plans, Behavior Treatment Plans & Incident Reporting. Ensure timely and accurate recordkeeping and record maintenance for all clients. Maintain pro-active and positive relationships with clients, staff, parents/guardians and other business relationships. Other duties as assigned

To be considered for this position you
Must have at least 2 years experience in a managerial and leadership role
Must be professional, organized and possess excellent time management skills
Must be dependable and self-motivated
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have the ability to follow up & follow through on multiple duties, tasks & projects
Must be able to work as a team member
Must be a problem solver
Must be able to travel at least 3-days (1-overnight required) each month
Must be able to be on-call
