Our Performance Department is seeking a Director of Training to be based out of our Corporate office in Phoenix, Arizona! This position is responsible for developing and implementing course curriculum for a variety of positions/job families within Alliance. The course development should focus on high level customer service and challenge associates to improve their current skill set and achieve mastery of stated goals, and improve property performance.

Position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, high level of organization and time management. Instructional design skills are required and the ability to multitask is critical. Strong computer skills are a must.

Experience:

•This position requires a BS in Management, preferably accompanied with a Masters in Education or an MBA and 5 years of experience in Curriculum Development
